Chuan-Mei Lee, MD, is a child and adolescent psychiatrist in the Division of Mental Health and Child Development at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland and the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in the UCSF Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. She provides clinical care in the psychiatry outpatient clinic and outpatient psychiatric consultation in primary care at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland.  She is also Associate Training Director for the UCSF Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Training Program. 

Dr. Lee completed her bachelor's in human biology at Stanford University, medical school at Harvard University, and both her adult psychiatry residency training and child and adolescent psychiatry training at UCSF. Additionally, she completed a fellowship in health systems design at Stanford's Clinical Excellence Research Center.

Dr. Lee is the CAPP Associate Director for Research & Evaluation.
