
Cynthia V Zarate, MS
Cynthia V. Zarate, MS, is the Director of Operations for the California Child and Adolescent Mental Health Access Portal (Cal-MAP). She specializes in strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on advancing programs that improve healthcare delivery and accessibility.
Prior to her current role, Cynthia was the Director of Education and Instructional Services at the UCSF School of Pharmacy, where she managed the operational aspects of the PharmD degree program.
Cynthia holds a BA in Political Science from Columbia University and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration and Interprofessional Leadership from the University of California, San Francisco.
A dedicated advocate for health and education equity, Cynthia also serves as an advisor for Oasis for Girls in San Francisco, a non-project organization committed to holistic health and wellness for young girls. In her free time, she enjoys staying active by exploring hiking trails with her husband and two dogs.
