Yanni Rho, MD, MPH, FAPA

Yanni Rho, MD, MPH, is a Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist and Clinical Professor in the UCSF Department of Psychiatry. She has extensive experience in Alameda County FQHCs and in Collaborative/Integrative care models at UC Berkeley, Student Health Services in Primary Care. She has provided supervision with nurse practitioners and primary care trainees in several different outpatient settings and organizations and provided medical direction and leadership in intensive clinical psychiatry care programs.

Dr. Rho obtained her undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Texas and her Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatric training with Harvard-affiliated training programs. She also obtained her Master of Public Health at the Harvard School of Public Health, furthering her commitment to improving systems and the lives of the individuals within them, specifically advocating for prevention of illness while focusing on increasing the agency and capacity of our children, their families, and the providers/systems that support them through a culturally inclusive and equitable lens.
